J'aimerais bien savoir ce que vous en pensez...
Quand j'étais môme, j'en avais peur..je la voyais comme un danger,
quelque chose qu'il fallait redouter à tout prix..
C'était, selon moi, une menace à toutes les bonnes choses de la vie..
Et lorsque je voyais ou entendais parler d'une personne qui se donnait la mort... je pensais que cette personne était folle, ou déséquilibrée mentalement...
Pour moi, la vie était un don, un cadeau du Ciel, il ne fallait pas y mettre un terme...
Avec le recul, je me suis rendu compte que se donner la mort peut être une solution..( même si c'est pas la bonne ) pour certains.
Aujourd'hui, on ne l'aime pas, on la juge, on lui en veut.
En effet, on la voit comme le symbole du mal, elle nous enlève nos plus beaux sentiments ( Amour, Amitié etc ) ainsi que ceux qu'on chérit.
Alors on prend des médicaments, on se soigne, on essaye tant bien que mal de la retarder puisqu'on la sait inéluctable.
On le fait pour s'accrocher à tous les bon moments de la vie qu'on a ou que l'on souhaite et c'est à cet instant qu'on la dresse contre nous..
Mais elle, elle attend patiemment, elle sait qu'elle a tout son temps, qu'elle vaincra...
On lui donne des représentations totalement absurdes ( la faucheuse ) tout ça parce qu'on la craint, et que la peur engendre la haine.
Pourquoi ne pas l'aimer autant que la vie elle-même ?!
Et si la mort c'était juste une douce mélodie qui nous endort, alors on ferme les yeux, et on s'en va...
A mes yeux : L'Homme ne pourra déployer ses ailes qu'au moment où il aura accepté la mort.

Aaliyah Dana Haughton est née le 16 Janvier 1979, à Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, New York, ses parents sont Michael et Diane Haughton. Elle a aussi un grand frère, Rashad. A l'âge de 5ans, Aaliyah et sa famille déménagent pour vivre à Detroit pour être plus près de sa famille. Diane a renoncé à être professeur pour élever Rashad et Aaliyah. A l'âge de 11 ans, elle va dans l'emission Star Search (comme Britney Spears). Elle chante "My Funny Valentine", elle a perdu et a été découragée, mais grace aux encouragements de sa mère, elle a continuée ce qu'elle aimait faire. C'est à cette période que l'oncle d'Aaliyah, Barry Hankerson, qui était marié avec la légende de la soul, Gladys Knight, a pris sa nièce de 11 ans pour qu'elle chante pendant 5 nuits au "Bally's Las Vegas Casino". Quelques années plus tard, Barry Hankerson est le manager de R.Kelly... ce dernier a pris l'avion jusqu'à Detroit pour entendre Aaliyah chanter. Il était impressionné par ce qu'il entendait et Barry Hankerson lui a fait signer son premier contrat à l'âge de 13ans à son label, Blackground Enterprises. R.Kelly a écrit et a produit toutes les chansons du premier album d'Aaliyah, "Age Ain't Nothing But A Number". Aaliyah attire l'attention de tout le monde à l'âge de 15 ans avec son premier single "Back & Forth" qui est n°1 dans la section des singles HIP HOP/RNB. Après avoir sorti ces singles, Aaliyah est une star et rentre au studio pour faire un second album. Elle laisse derrière elle R.Kelly qui lui a montré qu'elle a grandit et qu'elle pouvait le faire sans lui. La sortie de l'album est en 1996. Pour son album, elle a fait venir le celèbre Timbaland et Missy Elliot. Le premier single qui est sorti était "If Your Girl Only Knew" qui était n°1 dans la catégorie HIP HOP/RNB. Avant la fin 97, "One In A Million" a raflé plusieurs nominations dans les shows... qui a été double platine en plus avec les succés de "4 Page Letter", "Hot Like Fire" et "The One I Gave My Heart To". En 1998, Aaliyah fera sa première impression en Amérique pendant l'emission " Academy Awards" où elle chantera la chanson de la B.O du film "Anastacia", "Journey to the Past", et elle sera nominée dans la catégorie Meilleure Chanson avec cette chanson. Elle va sortir "Are You That Somebody" qui sera la B.O du film "Dr Dolittle" avec Eddy Murphy... Durant l'été 99, Aaliyah prendra l'avion direction Vancouever, Canada, pendant 4 mois pour tourner le film "Romeo Must Die" avec Jet Li comme partenaire. Elle a eu le plaisir d'interpréter la B.O du film qui s'appelle "Try Again" qui est #1 dans le chart américain (the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart). Le film sortira le 24 Mars 2000 et débutera #1 dans le box-office. Le film fera 58 millions de $ et la B.O s'est vendue a plus d'un million de copies. Plus tard en 2000, elle a gagné un MTV Movie Awards pour "Romeo Must Die" et a aussi été nominée au Grammy pour la chanson "Try Again" et a commencée à tourner le film "Queen Of The Damned" à Melbourne, Australie. Pendant le tournage du film, elle a aussi enregistré son 3ème album "Aaliyah". Après avoir terminé le film, elle prend quelques vacances bien méritée... 5 ans après la sortie de son album "One In A Million", elle a sorti son premier single de l'album "Aaliyah", "We Need A Resolution". L'album est sorti le 17 Juillet 2001. L'album a débuté #2, il s'est vendu à plus de 200 000 copies en une semaine. Elle a tourné son deuxième single "More Than A Woman" et quelques semaines plus tard "Rock The Boat". "Rock That Boat" sera son dernier vrai clip. Le 25 Août 2001, l'avion d'Aaliyah fera un crash juste après la fin du tournage, cela fera en tout 8 morts. Ceux qui était dans l'avion, sont: Gina Smith, 29 ans, de New Jersey, Producteur/Manager d'Aaliyah à Blackground Records; Keith Wallace, 49, de Los Angeles; Douglas Kratz, 28 ans, de Virgin Records', directeur de la production de la video; Son garde du corps Scott Gallin, 41 ans; Coiffeur personnel d'Aaliyah, Eric Forman, 29 ans, de Los Angeles; Coiffeur+ stylist, Anthony Dodd, 34; Maquilleur Christopher Maldonado, 32 ans, de New York; et bien sur le pilote de l'avion qui a été L.Maradel. Ses funerailles ont été le 31 Août 2001 à New York, toute sa famille, ami(e)s, et ses fans étaient présents. 6 mois après, "Queen Of The Damned" sort le 22 Fevrier 2002, et il fera plus de 14 millions de $ . Aaliyah était une personne bien, c'était une chanteuse, une actrice et danseuse. Tout le monde se souviendra de son nom.......
